HELLO LONDON!///HOLA LONDRES!!

mmmm...yummy tea...scones...and high prices....So we arrived to London!!! ...Gosh...what a beginning!...I was feeling really sick and we were wondering around teh city for a couple of hours till our apt was ready. We found a place where we can get yerba mate and coffee so we entered and I said Jo napot! and the employees starting laughing. They were all from Hungary, the three of them, we chatted and they were very sweet. They are 2 blocks form Jesse's job in Soho. We also found a hungarian restaurant a block from there!...gay ...something is called (seriously). We went to a cinema complex, independent one, to have some tea, I went to the toilett to vomit, and on my way back thru the stairs I made eye contact with this man who was coming down and he stared at me and smile and say hello so I replied hello, knowing him from somewhere. after 5 minutes of being with Jesse I realize he was Anton Corbijn (director & Photographer) (U2, Depeche Mode etc). He was going to do a talk on his latest movie called Control in that Cinema. I was surprised and couldn't go back there to talk to him, I was feeling like shit!! Sad...:(

We are very happy and still discovering the city and fiding out where are we going to live. We were looking apartments, Jesse started working already and it seems that we are moving to Shoredicth, a nice happening and trendy area. Duncan will join us in 4 months, our furry friend is under quarantine in Budapest, he's having fun scaring an barking old ladies with white bags in Budapest, that's what we heard. We are now living in Marylebone hood, on Dunwerston street and Crawford. We are 3 blocks from Baker Street Station and walking distance from Sherlock's Holmes House museum, also very close to Madame Tussaud's Museum and Regent's park. We are still in the clouds and trying to adapt as fast as we can. We go to Tesco express to get our groceries and we take walks with Jesse. More news to come!

Barbara and Joey

Wow, what a surprise! Barbara and her brother Joey came ad visit us and they became offically the last guests in Budapest. Yes...we are moving. We enjoyed some jam with green thing on the top...how do you call that?...mold?....I think so...it was a tiny bit of moldy poldy. We gave them amazing bread (?)(sorry Joey!) ( FYI we did not have anything at the apt. since almost everyhing was packed) and some coffee. These two were so good, they did not complain at all. We had an amazing lunch at Poszony, typical hungarian restaurant and we went to a really cool gypsy concert at A38 boat. Duncan was in the clouds and being so happy of being reunited with Barbara and get closer to Simone :).Duncan play with his ball and keep dropping it from the balcony and I realize how important is to have keep your balls close to you, YES!!//Barbara y su hermano nos vinieron a visitar y se convirtieron oficialmente en la ultima visita de Hungria.

Big Sur/Matmos & Zeena Parkins/Pablo/NYC

Ay ay ay!...caramba, our flight form Budapest to Paris was very smooth but we did not made the flight directly to San Francisco. Delta Airlines fault, not ours. after hours in paris we went to Los Angeles, switched terminals and get the flight to San Francisco. Jimmo and Peter were there to rescue us. It was perfect. I stayed with my brother Pablo at his cool apartment in Monterey. Gabo was visiting so we chitted chatted along with mates. Jesse went to Magnus to finish details for the 4th Big Sur event: Matmos and Zeena Parkins. The event was really cool, everybody worked really hard, specially Mary Lou and Magnus...and Jesse too!....In San Franciso we went to Amoeba records to buy used cd's and walk around a lot, specially in the Haight. We also saw Aida and Adan, we ate sushi, of course!.....City light Bookstore gets better and better, and the dim sum place around the corner too. God we ate a lot!. We also went to the cinema to see The Bubble, we lost our cell phone there. We had an amazing time, seeing family and friends and meeting new ones. really cool. Then we went to NYC for three days, we saw Juan and Carlos, Chicken Bones ( which took us to Dallas BBQ) and friends. We went to see a show off Broadway called La Vie and managed to go out one night. We saw Mimi & Jerry and we tried to eat normally in a polcish restaurant but was very dysfunctional, too crowded and two waitresses, imagine!...we had a nice time together though. I guess I was tired..it seems that everything was like a dream.

We all went to Austria for some shopping spree and to visit Wunderbasser museum. Sam Manged also to take some pics of our hot neighbour but we missed the chance to get the picture of him naked. My stupid camera is broken. Ah!!....Yes....Sam took the train to Istambul and we said Goodbye at Keleti Station. She cooked for us, she clean everything...she was awsome. Thye met a fiendly girl that I can't remember her name ...only that she is as adventourus as Jesse. We were following the reports on BBc about the fire from Budapest, but they arrived in good condition, only sun burnt!!////Jesse llevo a Mimi a Dubrovnik en Croacia. Jesse and Jerry went for a week to Istambul, they went to the baths , explored the city and some islands ... almost got beaten by neighborhood mafia and the worst.....they did not paid the tea!!! since they were running out of the place. Jesse surprised Jerry with tickets to see Antony & The Johnsons. They came back looking so handsome and well rested....and they were beaten by the masseuses though, hardcore massage.///Jesse y Jerry se fueron a Estambul, la capital de Turquia, exploraron la ciudad y algunas islas.

Lilly, Rory & Steve

Lilly made her way form Romania first and then Rory and Steve came few days after. Rory & Steve are Jesse's uncles. We all celebrated St. Steven's day at home with a party, full of palicnka, unicum, hookah and a puppet show in the kitchen...a non authorized one. We also went to a restaurant called Mathyas Pince, in which they sang some hungarian ? songs and it was pretty awsome/bizarre/cool. We watched teh fireworks from the balcony. Next day we were so wasted!///Lilly llego primero desde Rumania y luego llegaron Rory & Steve, los tios de Jesse.

Shahar & Ido

Yes!!, Shahar and Mr. Patat made it all the way from Israel and we had such a nice time, relaxing at the balcony, having vegetables in Ido's style, talking and drinking nice wine. We went to the beer garden (Szimpla) in the jewish district...of course!!! :) with Mimi & Jerry. Shahar brought me a cool Robot thet belonged to her brother, I couldn't believe it, it so cool.

Ay ay ay.....I thought I knew how to make coffee until Tzafra gave me a lesson ....she and also brought me coffee from Israel. While I'm typing this I'm having coffee in Tzafra style, it taste much much better. Together, we separate Nahum from his laptop and went to the flea market and to eat out. We had nice chat at our balcony and also went to the Opera and had night our at the Belgian beer pub with Mimi and Jerry.
